Overview
Following the success of our Contract Law Workshops during 2008, Contracts-On-Demand has organised another series of ten monthly Contract Law Workshops for 2009 in conjunction with Deneys Reitz Attorneys. These Workshops will now be held in Cape Town and Durban in addition to Johannesburg.
The workshops are being held at the premises of Deneys Reitz, who are providing the majority of the speakers. Deneys Reitz being one of the leading Law firms who have extensive experience of the application of Building Contracts Law. Companies purchase a minimum Package of 6 Selected Workshops. However additional Workshops can be purchased.
Who should attend:Architects, Consulting Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Government Departments, Building Contractors, Sub-contractors.
Law Workshops are being held at:
Venue: Deneys Reitz - Attorneys premises in Johannesburg, Cape town & Durban
Dates: Monthly, on 2nd Thursday of each month in Johannesburg and on the
second Friday of selected Months from June 2009, in Cape Town and
Durban.
Time: 14h00 to 17h00 in Johannesburg
10h00 to 13h00 in Cape Town and Durban
Networking Drinks & Snacks: 17h00 to 18h00 in Johannesburg. 13h00 to 14h00 in
Cape Town and Durban
Provided: Workbooks for each delegate
Attendance Certificates per delegate
CPD Points: The Workshops each qualify for 1/2 a Category 1 CPD Point
validation has been granted by:- ASAQS, SAIA, CESA, ACPM.
Substitution of delegates:
It is possible to assign different people to attend different workshops, providing the Package delegate allocation is not exceeded.
Optional Additional Workshops:If you wish to attend more than 6 ofthe 10 available workshops; additional workshops are available at R 950.00each per Delegate.
Multiple Package Discounts:Orders for more than two Packages of 6 Workshops, attract discounts.Please contact us for information on these.
General Conditions:
Payment must be made in full prior to the seminar. Refunds will not be made for 'no shows'.
COD reserves the right to cancel any workshop. (Refunds will be made in this case). Booking
will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Price: 6 Workshop package = R7200 ex VAT per Delegate
