Mandatory Changes to Adobe Reader, to avoid Errors on Download
If you experience an error on downloading, change the settings in Adobe Reader as follows:
1. Open Adobe
2. Click Edit/Preferences
3. Select Internet
4. Check the Web Browser Options as follows:

This software can be used instead of the full Adobe Acrobat Writer program to enable users to save the 'Active Forms' after completing them on screen. We have provided a demo version of this software. Please purchase a full user version if you find it useful. Note: This software is less expensive than the full Adobe Acrobat Writer software.
Cute Pdf
Allows you to create PDF files from any printable document and save PDF forms using Acrobat Reader Note: We have experienced problems sometimes with the JES Document Printing System when cute.pdf has been installed. If documents do not print, try uninstalling cute.pdf.
