The JBCC ELECTRONIC SERVICE (JES) has been introduced as a result of market research in order to meet demand to accommodate new electronic facilities and to consolidate them with the existing electronic service offerings.  It forms a convenient and comprehensive professional on-demand contract document and information service.  The use of the JBCC Forms of Contract have increased substantially over the last few years and Government commitment to use them bodes well for greater uniformity.
