The e-CLOUD Construction Marketing Maximiser is designed to complement your existing marketing spend by providing options that link to your existing methods of marketing exposure. i.e. Websites, hard-copy advertisements, e-mail campaigns etc. In order to assist with cash-flow you have the option of paying monthly by Debit Order.

We offer promotion / marketing options that provide exposure to the following:-

Exposure period

All our promotion / advertising options are priced on a 12 month exposure basis, apart from the electronic "Active Banners" where options can be given for lesser periods. In the case of printed Documents, the exposure is for all printings of the Document within a 12 month period.

Electronic exposure

Where Documents are printed in Hard-copy e.g. JBCC Documents, they are also available electronically, as part of the "e-CLOUD Construction" suite of Services.

The options

The Marketing Maximiser options are detailed below. Alternatives are provided to suit Promotion Budgets:

  • Document Advertisement

A full colour A4 page within a Document within one of the following suites of Documents:

  •  PROCSA - Client/ Consultant Agreements
  •  JBCC - Building Contracts
  • Document Sponsorship

Sponsorship of a specific JBCC or PROCSA Document that includes the following:

  • 1. An A4 colour advert in the Document:
  • 2. A special sponsor's "Active Banner" on the Preface or Table of contents page
  • 3. An "Active Banner" on the JBCC or PROCSA website
  • 4. Special mention with one slide exposure at the JBCC or PROCSA open Workshops

Electronic "Active Banners"

An electronic Banner with the Standard Format as detailed below:

 

 

This banner contains the following:-

  • 1. Logo linked to your Website Home Page
  • 2. A button to send your company an e-mail
  • 3. A button to send an SMS to your company's sales representative's cell phone
  • 4. Links to your company's profiles (When present) on: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
  • 5. A link to your Skype address
  • 6. Your company's slogan and contact details

"Active Banner" Creation & Updating

One of the beauties of the "Active Banner" concept is that the Advertiser can create, update or change the information on the Banner themselves at any time. To facilitate this, we have constructed a special web-based Banner Creation and Updating Template, which is accessible by password.

"Active Banner" rotation

Banners on Web pages, are grouped in batches of a maximum of five. Each one will rotate every minute.
